McBee Park, located just a few blocks from downtown Greenville, has ten, 3 1/2 story urban townhouses available consisting of two 2-unit and two 3-unit buildings.  The townhomes, designed by the award winning firm SGA Architecture of Pawleys Island, range in size from 3,400 sf to 4,000 sf heated.  Construction is scheduled to begin in the first half of 2009.
