Development Team

Developer: The Croft Company, Inc.

For thirty years, Tom Croft has been responsible for the development, construction, and marketing of numerous single and multi-family projects throughout South Carolina. In 1999, he formed The Croft Company Inc. to develop unique residential projects in the Greenville market. The firm's initial project, completed in 2003, was 400 North Main, downtown Greenville's first mid-rise residential building. The five-story, nineteen unit, high-end condominium project set the standard for quality by which other projects are measured.

In 2007, Tom completed the highly successful, forty unit, five-story building in the West End at the new Greenville Drive baseball stadium, known as Field House Flats.

Inspiration for the house plans came from plans for the original McBee Park Townhouse project designed back in 2009. At that time, Thomas Croft was working with SGA Architecture, LLC of Pawleys Island, SC, and headed the design team that produced the original plans. Thomas moved back to Greenville in 2009 and was a co-founder of Reynolds Croft Design Group. In 2011, Thomas formed Croft Architecture, PA. with his primary focus on residential design. To date, Thomas has designed numerous homes in the Augusta Road and North Main Street areas. He was responsible for the design of all four homes in The Croft Company, Inc.’s recently competed project in Cleveland Park, Park View.
