Developer: The Croft Company, Inc.

For twenty-eight years, Tom Croft has been responsible for the development, construction, and marketing of numerous single and multi-family projects throughout South Carolina. In 1999, he formed The Croft Company Inc. to develop unique residential projects in the Greenville market. The firm’s initial project, completed in 2003, was 400 North Main, downtown Greenville’s first mid-rise residential building. The five-story, nineteen unit, high-end condominium project set the standard for quality by which other projects are measured.

In 2007, Tom completed the highly successful, forty unit, five-story building in the West End at the new Greenville Drive baseball stadium, known as Field House Flats. Tom has recently partnered with life-long friend, Doug Wilson of Wilson Investors LLC, who will provide special funding and expertise to McBee Park and other future projects. McBee Park Townhomes will offer Greenville its first opportunity for a high-end, traditional townhome in one of the city’s oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods just a few short blocks from downtown.
